What You Will Learn
This instructor-led course provides students with hands-on training for Microsoft Project. This course is designed to lead students through the project life cycle, from planning to execution. - The structure, where modality was changed approximately every half hour or so, with some exceptions, was effective at keeping my attention, staying engaged.

Customer bears responsibility for resolving network security or firewall issues that may prevent student from connecting computer to the internet or to the Microsoft Project virtual training environment via remote desktop connection. Unresolved network or connectivity issues do not create an exception to the cancellation or refund policy established by PPM Global Services, Inc.
4. Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and substitutions, must be submitted via email to training@ppmglobalservices.com, or to accounting@ppmglobalservices.com. Cancellation requests received by PPM Global Services, Inc. within 30 calendar days from date of purchase AND not after 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the class for which the student was originally registered, will receive a full refund, minus the cost of the Microsoft Project Training Manual ($250). Cancellation requests received greater than 30 days after date of purchase OR after 30 days prior to the start date of the class for which the student was originally registered are non-refundable.
