NHS-Northstar Specialized Services, established in 1989, provides progressive, comprehensive, individualized services for persons with disabilities and mental illness through Residential, Outreach Services, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services and programs.

Schedule a Tour of Our Residential Programs

We are happy to provide tours and information to interested guardians, case managers, and other professionals interested in our residential programs. Your tour can be of multiple program locations or a single opening – its entirely up to you. Our Program Director will contact you and set up a private, no-obligation showing!

Refer a Client to Our Mental Health Services

Do you know someone who would be interested in our mental health services? We accept referrals from clients who are eligible to participate in Minnesota Health Care Programs such as Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare. Upon receiving your referral, we will contact you and the client directly to schedule an informational interview to assess our ability to assist with the client’s mental health needs.
